In the last week of december 2011 was founded ZCLASSIC UG (Haftungsbeschränkt). All rights are and will be hold by this new company.
Feature fim productions Two feature films will be produced in 2012.
HUMMINGBIRD directed by Dominic Minghella and coproduced with his company ISLAND PICTURES and Ken Tuohy. The shooting is scheduled for summer 2012. KOLYMA directed by Walter Bannert and coproduced with YUKON FILMS and Werner Schöttke. The shooting is scheduled for autumn and winter 2012
Classic music productions We had to reschedule our whole new production schedule for the opera .
The slate will be in total ten new productions in High Definition with 7.1. sound and ten archive titles, which were never released before and we acquire.
The conductors of the archive titles are Zubin Mehta, Rafael Kubelik, Leonard Bernstein and Kurt Masur with soloist like Rudolf Serkin, Claudio Arrau, Isaac Stern, Itzak Perlman, Pinchas Zukerman, Yo Yo Ma, Andre Watts, Montserrat Caballe and Kiri Te Kanava.
All titles will be available on dvd and blu-ray worldwide. The first new productions under the new label:
AGRIPPINA by Haendel. AIDA by Verdi
AIDA will be at first theatrical released in late 2012 in Germany, UK and North America.
